Mustard completes their condiment trifecta – The Boston Globe

Sir Kensington’s, known for artisanal ketchup and mayonnaise in square jars — and a fictional monocled British gent who adorns each label — now offers mustard. The company says this completes their condiment trifecta. It comes in two flavors, Dijon and spicy brown ($7.99 to $8.99 for an 11-ounce jar). Dijon has an especially creamy texture from finally milled mustard seeds; Chablis wine adds a bite. Whole brown and yellow mustard seeds provide some grit in the spicy version and maple syrup adds a slight sweetness. Either one will enliven the most boring sandwich. Available at The Five Seventy Market, 570 Tremont St.,
Boston, 857-362-7525; Pemberton Farms Marketplace, 2225 Massachusetts Ave., Cambridge, 617-491-2244; Sur La Table locations, or go to
