- 3 large, ripe bananas
- 4 large eggs
- 2/3 c. peanut butter
- 1/4 c. honey
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/3 c. chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Blend bananas, eggs, peanut butter, honey, baking powder, and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth.
