Almond Jelly in Fruit Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 6-8

15 g Agar-agar

15 g Gelatins

1.8 liters Water

2 tablespoons Sugar, or to taste

150 ml Evaporated milk

3/4 teaspoon Almond extract

1 can Mix fruit cocktail, chilled

1 can Syrup from canned fruit, chilled
Method :
Bring water to boil. Cook agar-agar and gelatins in it till completely dissolved.

Stir in sugar to taste. Remove from heat when sugar has dissolved completely.

Strain jelly mixture into a rectangular container.

Stir in evaporated milk and almond extract. Allow to cool.

Refrigerate to set. Remove and cut into cubes. Place in a deep dish.

Pour in the canned fruit and syrup. Stir and serve cold.
